Marion Smiths 2012 - 31 Day Challenge

This is the 2nd year I participated in Marion Smiths Challenges. This year it was to create a 31 Day Journal with pictures. Since my Great Granddaughter is here, I took advantage of having her with us, so I dedicated my challenge to 31 days of Playtime. I made it a point to take some time out each day and play with her. On the days she was not in the mood, I took a picture anyway. It has been such a blessing to take notice of the little things she is picking up, mocking or learning. The little moments I will treasure and remember always.

My video camera is awful. I have gone through 4 of these things, changed areas of recording, added lights and can not seem to get a good recording. But I tried. I am in the process of remodeling my studio, so I hope it helps.

Cryptic Coptic - Handmade Journal

Hi everyone, just an update to share a few things I have been doing. First off, I learned Cryptic Coptic and made my own handmade journal. I posted a couple of pics below. I am also in a workshop for Handmaking Books/Journals. I will post a few of those pics as well. I still need to decorate the cover.

I am still trying to finish up a few other projects, my Tunnel Book, the Explosion Sm@sh Box, a Pumpkin Album, and I also joined in Marion Smiths 31 Day Challenge. I still need to upload a video of the album I made to use for the challenge. I am having fun, and I enjoy keeping myself busy. Many challenges to keep my mind moving, LOL.

A Piece of Craft/Marion Smith, has a new challenge this year. It is her 31 Day Challenge. You are to take a picture everyday for 31 day and place it in an Homemade Journal.
